Went for a swimming party for my nephew. The Davie facilities were clean and well tended. Everybody had fun and the staff was courteous and helpful. The only thing I can say against is the new restaurant. They're okay, but they're no Basie's. The food and atmosphere is good, but a definite step down.

Nice, updated hotel and convention center with a Starbucks, and a restaurant. The staff here was friendly and professional, and the catered food was really quite good. I have stayed at other Delta hotels and they are always a phenomenal experience. The hotel is also not too expensive. Recommend checking it out!

Friendly front desk at checkin.  Room ready prior to check in.  No bartender available prior to 5:00pm.  Extremely limited poolside food/beverage service despite high school kid trying his best.  No dry towels at pool for kids to dry off despite having a very busy pool and water slide.  Tried to order room service for family from in-suite menu and no answer at either “in room dining” or on-site restaurant numbers and eventually called front desk and was then cut off and told there was a “new menu” yet it was not available in room to order from.  So we ordered delivery pizza rather then give the hotel 18% service fees for food.  Very disappointing experience.  Overall, not worth the money for a suite in Fargo based on service.  Would not recommend for those looking for any hospitality beyond a chain hotel.  Just very poor customer service for >$300/night for a suite.

Amazing hotel! Great service! The staff went above and beyond throughout my stay. What a wonderful place to spend my time away from home. Bar, restaurant, coffee, pool, everything we could want. The banquet crew was outstanding for our week of training. Thanks for taking great care of our whole corporate leadership team!

We attended the Thanksgiving dinner at the Delta Hotel by Marriott. We did not have a reservation and surprisingly the wait time was only 30 minutes. The service while we were waiting was excellent. The food was amazing, only thing missing was all my relatives. The service at the table could have been better, waited a long time to receive our drinks, but everything else was perfect. I would attend again.
