The hotel building and grounds were nicely kept and clean. There was a nice parking lot, and it felt safe. It is one of the best hotels I've stayed in that has a nice area for walking dogs. The rooms were adequate and comfortable, and the king bed room was spacious as hotel rooms go! The front staff at both check-in and check-out seemed a little preoccupied, but pleasant. One thing that did surprise me was that the hotel did not provide free wifi. I have stayed at many hotels in the past year and this is a first. I think you need to rethink that one.

I was impressed with the room when i first walked in but that was about it. The room was big and spacious, which I liked. The decor was nice modern, which I liked. The lighting was great. I had absolutely no problem seeing. After staying in the room for a while the musty smell became very strong. It had an old motel room smell to it (if there is any such thing). The room was pretty clean with exception to the bathroom floor, which had a very sticky substance on it that collected every bit of dirt from my shoes and I was unable to get it all up using a wet towel. When taking my shower in the morning i had to lay towels down so as not to get my feet dirty and it seemed to track into the room (with shoe prints showing). The bathroom was also dimly lit, especially while I was in the shower. It was difficult to see in there. I'm not sure what was up with the air quality, but I did wake with a scratchy throat and runny nose, which I still have at this writing. The place had lots of potential but fell WAY short of my expectations.

Room was nice. Newly remodeled. Would have given 4 stars however, I had to pay for WiFi (which they offered standard speed for $2.99 and faster speed for $4.99/ 24 hr. period). Would rather have connected with cable connector and save the $10. No breakfast of any type, though there was complimentary coffee (I'm not a coffee drinker; prefer hot chocolate).

Motel was overall quiet in our section however police were regularly there nightly. Complaints of drug sales and prostitution. The front desk staff looked rather unsavory. We’re not dressed or groomed professionally. More the women staff. The men seemed to look and sound professional. Routine problem with getting washcloths for bathing. Housekeeping service was on point other than that issue. Very nice housekeeping staff, very accommodating. We stayed for approximately 40 days waiting for our apartment to be available. It was a good stay just concerned with criminal elements.

I would give this zero stars if it was available. The linen was dirty upon arrival and the floor was so dirty that my shoes stuck to it. Called the front desk and got new sheets, that were stained. The pillows had old blood stains on them, so unusable. The front desk had the cleaners come and clean the floor. It was no longer sticky, however when wiped with a dry cloth, it still turned it black. This is the most disgusting place I have ever been in. I didn’t have high expectations, being a low end motel, but I did expect it to be clean. Any other option would probably be better.
