Each of the rooms I stayed in had some issues; In the first one (Friday night) the switch for the reading light over the bed was broken and one of the electric outlets had no power. Also, I had requested a ground floor room and in a hotel that seemed 2/3's empty I was on the second floor. On Sunday night (return trip) the shower door did not latch shut. The biggest issue was with the gentleman/owner both trips when I checked in; he needs to drop his male prejudice and learn to address a Lady as ."Ma'am" and not sir and to refer to her as her not him. Even after a gentle correction it continued. The rest of the staff was exemplary and very friendly and efficient.

Always have rooms available. Best rates in the city. Rooms clean. Great location. Plenty of restaurants, gas stations, & a grocery store.

The beds were way too firm. Otherwise a nice place to stay. The owner was very nice.

The room is small, but we were pleasantly surprised to find a fridge and microwave included, since they were not mentioned on the website. The door needs weatherstripping, as we can see light around it. Our main complaint is the noise. The bathroom light is connected to the fan, and it sounds like an airplane revving up. Even the neighbors fan is very loud. We know if they turn on the bathroom light. There is only coffee in the office, or tea, but nothing in the room. Only soap, no shampoo, lotion, or hair dryer. No alarm clock, and only one night stand. The bed is squeeky and needed another blanket.

You need to go there and see for yourself! It needs to be totally redone!! It was the worst motel 6 I have ever stayed in! I usually stay in a Motel 6 because you are pet friendly, I have a wonderful service dog well trained and I felt bad for him too!! Please do like under cover boss and check out some of your motels in different areas. The rest of my answers are going to be based on this Motel 6 in King City
