I'm only giving one star because I HAVE to give something or I can't post this review. I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. I was told that even though I had a reservation she could not rent to me. When I asked why she said she had no reason, just that she couldn't rent to me. So, I asked to speak to the manager, who of course wasn't on site. I asked for the number to corporate, she said she doesn't have the corporate number. I said I want to talk to whoever you call when there is an issue you can't deal with. So, she called her boss and they refused to talk to me. Told me to call between 8am and 4pm Monday, I did and the manager was still not there. The front desk clerk was rude. Threatened to call the police because I had the audacity to ask why. "I don't know" isn't a suitable answer when refusing service to anyone. Be clear. I rented here before, I'm a law abiding citizen, I work a full time job, I pay my taxes, I was without utilities on the coldest night of the year thus far due to remodeling and knew it would happen, hence the reservation. This front desk clerk treated me like an ax murder. Good Lord, I've never been treated so badly. Do NOT rent from them, do yourself a favor and drive to a Best Western! Once before at the same establishment they tried to rent a room that hadn't been cleaned to me. A gentleman by the name of Courtney took care of me, was very polite and accommodating, but that same woman was there and acted like I was lying about the room and had to go "check for myself". Like I was lying. If you want to be treated like a second class citizen, then by all means stay here. If not, and you work hard for your money, then drive on by and give it to another establishment!

The receptionist was extremely professional and helpful. My room was immaculate. My stay could not have been better. I have already recommended this particular Motel 6 to several people. Keep up the good work. {Your receptionist needs/deserves a raise or bonus}!! Sincerely: Sherri Hall

The coffee at this motel 6 was the best we had ever gotten any where we have ever stayed!, it was simple but tasty, not watery like most we experience, I say keep up the good work!. Also the same young man, also checked me the evening before, he saw that it was icy outside, and I didn't have my licence plate number because it was behind my car on the ice, and I was afraid of falling, he offered to get it for me as well as followed through with it, and made a very thoughtful comment about not wanting me to have to run in and out of the cold to get the information. I regret I do not remember his name, but he was young. tall and lean, and was of African American descent I believe. I was very grateful for his kindnesses, he made us feel welcome and very much at ease, like at home :) . Thank you very much. Maxine

We had a house fire and walked in the lobby pretty dazed. The staff were so nice! I'm very impressed with the rooms. Love the wood laminate floors as carpet can really pick up an odor. The beds are more firm than what I had at home, but their's aren't covered in pieces of ceiling, insulation, and water like mine is now, so it's no big deal at all. Dogs and kids stay free. You just can't do better in my book!

The room was nice, actually I would rate the quality of my room at a 5 star. The only thing that I can say negatively was that an employee called me, and tried to tell me to slow the traffic down. This confused me because I had no company in my room, though I did leave and come back several times. This was a huge annoyance to me. Next time I will not be so nice about a phone call like this. And I would advise this company to talk with it's employees and avoid such things like this as much as possible because I will always comment on this particular stay at Motel 6. The location is convenient as well.
