Was packed with clothes all over the place. $5.00 to wash 2.00 to dry. Nowhere to sit while your laundry is being completed.

Wouldn't even give them a star this place should be closed! Can't speak any English can't understand anything she is saying, the place is in serious need of renovating!! My dryer broke and just needed to dry some clothes that were wet I walked in and already the girl started yelling in some language you can't use the dryer I tried calmly explaining I just needed to dry a load she kept screaming you can't use the dryer unless you use the washing machine at least that is what I thought she was yelling because she doesn't speak English!!!!!!! I said we'll I do need to wash a load but apparently couldn't do that either all I really got is that this place is not customer friendly and should be called mother something laundromat!!!!

My neighborhood laundry for 17 years.
Dealing with staff can be a heavy exercise in patience. Always standing over my shoulder loudly fussing about things that I cannot understand. Have had employees grab clothes out of my hands many times. Several crazy policies that defy logic.

Ever see the Seinfeld episode with the soup? Like that, except without being told to leave.
 
Can not speak to drop off service.

This place is cramped for doing laundry yourself but has GREAT laundry and fold services with Dee.
