From the first time I called they were patient and understanding. I had never been in an accident before so I had no idea how any of it worked but they answered all my questions without ever making me feel dumb which is far more than I can say for the insurance company and the appraisal company. It took longer than I would of liked but that was due to the insurance company so I can honestly say if I ever have to go through this again I would come back. I feel like they were thorough with my car and it's back to how it was before the accident. Thanks for the great work guys!

I took my car in to sell to Motor City. I had previously went to CarMax to sell it to them and they wanted to give me 1500 below trade in blue book for it. I went to Motor City and they were so nice and quick. They gave me 500 above trade in blue book and all the employees were so kind and professional. They even gave my son a bag of chips to snack on while we waited. I would definitely refer anyone in the market of buying or selling a car, to them. Great experience!

We were shopping online for a  new mid-size SUV, and found the motor city bakersfield website . I contacted Joe Lopez and arranged to see a few different vehicles we were considering. It's 120 mile drive to this dealership, but was well worth the effort. We were treated great, found the perfect vehicle, and got an amazing deal!  The finance guy Sergio was great to us and completed the paperwork in  record time (we paid cash). Wonderful dealership all the way. Highly recommend!

Jim is a great representative for Motor City Lexus, he was courteous, friendly and professional. He was willing to show us every aspect of the car we were considering, even moving 2 cars from the showroom floor outside so we could see the colors in sunlight. Jim allowed us to test drive as many vehicles as we asked. I've purchased numerous new vehicles from dealerships, Jim made my purchase go smoother than I have ever experienced and absolutely made my day.! I left with the exact car I wanted and with a huge smile on my face. Keep up the great work....The dealership is beautiful.

Anytime I have to go into Buick for any kind of service needs Jason Book is always very attentive. Not only does he try and make sure I understand what is going on with my vehicle he always takes my time into consideration as well. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you so much Jason it is appreciated more than you know.
