2 stars would be 5 except I truly believe they mislead their customers about the cost of their service. Be aware that at this time, the office staff tells self pay patients a visit would be $75. Anything additional will be billed. What they don’t tell you is that $75 Is no where near what you will be billed. Without additional procedures, tests, additional diagnosis, my well visit, a simple 15 minute check up was $199.00, not 75 dollars- Something the staff should have been up front about. I was pretty upset to get a bill on the mail for more money a few weeks later. When I called to find out why, I was told the $75 was just for the visit. What does that mean? Isn’t that what I asked for? “How much does it cost to see a doctor?” Their Answer was “$75.00. If anything else is needed, you will be billed.” Nothing else was needed on my end, but I guess they needed more? The office manager, Tony, explained “well, you signed the paperwork...” again, there was no indication that the visit was to cost more than $75. With that, I recommend being extremely specific and ask for in writing what the cost will be before seeing anyone at Big Run. How a doctor’s office staff does not know what the real charges are up front is beyond comprehension. But according to Tony, the office manager, no one knows ahead of time how much your visit will cost. His exact words: “That’s why you sign paperwork that gives them permission to bill you.” No where else, no other business, no other field, would get away with that!

My friend recommended me this place. It is an excellent clinic and everybody is very nice. They do take the time to listen to the patient 's concerns. They do show a lot of compassion
