I was recommended by a nurse who was a patient of Paige, but she moved out of state. It has now been approximately 9 or 10 years since I have been a patient of Dr. Gutheil. Every experience with her has been caring and personal. I too am in the healthcare field and understand the frustration patients face, but it's not always the doctors or employees fault. As stated in some of the reviews I read, insurance companies and pharmacy play a huge role in medication prescribing. There are a lot of phone calls and waiting that takes place behind the scenes patients don't know about. When you are providing care to hundreds of patients with different needs it can get a bit frustrating on both ends. I can remember when it was only Paige providing care to her patients. Now she has a team and I believe she is heading in the right direction to help aide patients. We as consumers, patients, and the public should also practice patience.

We have been going to this doctor for 10 years! And the service has only gotten worse and worse. They forget to call in prescriptions or forget one of the scripts ( because I get a couple and so does my husband). Now they haven't filled out my husbands FMLA papers for 2 weeks! I even called them to be sure they did get them and they did. Here it is 2 wks later and the papers weren't filled out which means my husband won't get his short term disability check and we will be struggling financially. This is ridiculous and when my husband is done with all this medical issues we will be switching to another doctors. It's a shame bc the doctors are nice but the office staff just doesn't do their jobs or only half asses it. They are closed now but I will call in tomorrow and probably get a lame excuse as to why they are not complete but why should they care it doesn't affect the wallet. Smh Update: My husband went and got his paper work today and they said they faxed them 3 times. They said their fax machine has been acting up. Smh 🤦‍♂️ 1) acting up for two weeks?!? 2) They couldn't have called us and told us or had us come pick them up. We are talking about dealing with someone's life financially which could make people lose their house or car. Again I do love the doctors but that office staff is something else. 🤦‍♂️

I was in their office may 6th so I could get my refill for my subscription they said they would call it in and Caremark said they never did so I called them to see why they hadn't they said they did but the order got messed up by the doctor's office so they would call it in again I called Caremark back a few days later to see if it had been called in again Caremark said it hadn't.Caremark said they would fill it if it was called in just like they have filled the same prescription for 4 months now. But I called the doctor's office again to see why they hadn't called it in for like the second time and they again said that they did it and it should be here in a few days if not call them back and they'll try yet again to fix it but I am giving them one last chance to call it in and then I'm done and will be taking my business elsewhere. If they called it in at all why is my Caremark saying they didn't.

Dr.Paige has provided my family with excellent care. She is knowledgeable and explains things completely. We are informed and in control of our care at all times. Dr.Paige is caring, takes time to listen, talks directly with my children, and treats us each on a personal level. I have piece of mind with her caring for my family.
