Full service grocery store.  Many high end food products available.  Organic selection quite large.  Super Deli with full meals, sandwiches and desserts along with the rest of deli items.  Has Caribou coffee inside.  Staff are helpful but extremely monotone.

We lovingly call Mt. Royal "Mt. Ripoff" due to it's pricey goods.  The produce is typically a bit older than Super One, but it does have a large variety of upscale goods, including Papyrus cards at about $7.50 each.  The Manager couldn't be more friendly and helpful.

Very nice, clean place to shop. Such a wide variety of produce and pretty much everything else you can think of. I will be doing most of my shopping here from now on.

Great place with huge selection of food that I didn't know what it was. Fresh is the biggest deal.
