I have found the service in this store to be very helpful and friendly, and I've shopped here regularly for a couple of years.  I prefer shopping here  to ordering things online, since brick-and-mortar purchases don't create shipping packaging that goes into the waste stream.   Plus it's nice to get out of the house and deal with real people.  The store offers a lot of good deals, and there enough product choices that I rarely have to go online anymore to find things.

Can't believe the customer service at this location. Won't take manufacturer coupons. They are extremely rude to customers. Jero is quite possibly the rudest employee in all of Walgreens! I called back after she came home and told me of her experience. He would not even give the names of his immediate supervisors. And when asked for the corporate number said that it is "on the bottom of a receipt". This is the second and final time we have been blessed with Jero's poor attitude and beyond unacceptable customer service. My wife and I are Kenwood neighborhood residents and will NEVER shop at this location again.

This place looks way smaller on the outside, but it's huge on the inside. Perfect for when I was sick and I needed to pick up cold medicine. They also have a good variety of food options if you just need to pick up something quick.

I waited 45 minutes for them to finally pick up the phone. This is every time I call to refill a prescription.
