I, too, love this branch of Mountain America! Twice Brandy of this office has worked her magic for me: First, by consolidating my credit card debt - greatly lowering my interest rate - and then more recently by refinancing - joining several loans together - resulting in a more affordable payment. She allowed me to sign the new loan papers at a different MA office that was more convenient for me - so I'm not even sure that Brandy got credit for the newly refinanced loan. But I'm giving her credit here: Thanks so much, Brandy!! You're fantastic!

Aaron Fernelius,the branch representative who assisted me with my car loan went above and beyond to help me with my concerns. He discussed my options with me and took the time to get in touch with the loan research team to clarify if Mountain America had received the car insurance check because my car had been totaled in September. He was empathetic towards my situation, and also assisted me in setting up a Mobile Alert for when the check comes through. My experiences with Mountain America have always been pleasant and Aaron's customer service etiquette solidified my intention to use Mountain America for all of my banking needs throughout the future. Thank You!

We have been customers of MACU since we were first married and could not be more pleased and grateful for their service to us. Vicki - the branch manager, as well as all of the employees are always extremely helpful and courteous to us and have helped us in some amazing ways to accomplish our goals. We love Mountain America Credit Union!

Love this branch! Staff are fast and friendly. One teller even solved my daughter's rubix cube in a matter of seconds while quickly processing our transaction. It was awesome! Anyway made a cash deposit at night at the ATM. Weary as you just stick your money in and hope the machine gets it right. IT DID! Other credit unions don't allow cash deposits via the ATM.
