Brandy is the manager and she couldn't be more helpful.  I first knew her at the Fresh Market location and she moved to this location from there.  She even sent me a sympathy card when she somehow learned my mother died.  I have had many good experiences with Chase branch personnel as they have closed branches in the Millcreek area and moved people around.
