Love that they are open 7 days a week! Beautiful selection of high end leather and wood Western and Mountain themed furniture. Also unique accessories, including pillows, rugs and even stuffed animals! I appreciated that they also offer in-home design services. I have purchased couches, bunk beds, armoires, table and leather stools from them. Quick and efficient delivery to my cabin.

I have purchased many things from Mountain Comfort. They have all been beautiful, well made and durable. The delivery guys were super pleasant and punctual.

I purchased a bunk bed in October 2017. My sales person Ginger was very helpful all thru the process of purchasing and the delivery. The delivery guys were very nice and did their job well. My only complaint is that my bunkbeds had two huge stickers on the headboards and I can not seem to get all of the residue off. Maybe some feedback to the suppliers is needed to not put stickers on nice furniture.

While there are many expensive items, it is worth having a look through the store to find good value/well priced items. And their delivery team was a dream, on time and so lovely too!

The merchandise here is detestably over-priced. If you want to look at the lower-end merchandise, it is often the same brands as American Furniture Wharehouse at nearly double the price. The inventory was not even that unique or charming. They have “Loyalty Discounts” which kick in after spending over $1000, but that is very confusing and off-putting. It would be better for them to price everything with a marginal discount built in that reflects their own margins. You have to haggle with them to get a decent price and even then you are still paying a huge mark-up compared to competitors. They might argue that they are locally owned and thus have higher prices, but American Furniture Wharehouse is locally owned as well and you can find the same negligible offerings there.
