My husband called at 12:30 on Monday and asked the time frame to have a shirt and pants cleaned, he was told they could have them ready by Friday (4 days). He was not available to drop the clothes off and I had other obligations and wasn't able to get to the cleaners until around 2:30 or 3:00. When I went in to drop them off the woman working there (I didn't get her name) very rudely told me it would be the following Monday or Tuesday until she could get to them, I told her that my husband had called earlier and was told they could be done by Friday, she curtly said, "that was early this morning" and then proceeded to give me a list of her woes and excuses. I explained to her the urgency of having them ready sooner and she said Monday was the best she could do, and acted like she was really doing me a favor.
I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because they did get them finished on Monday and my husband said the second person he spoke with was much nicer, but l'll drive to Beckley or Wytheville should I need dry cleaning services again.
