Management : For 1 you can NOT pick and choose what to fix. I've have called numerous times reguarding numerous issues that the house had prior to the Move in. Also we were not able to move in untill 1 month past the move in date. We have had about 1contractor out to the house amd other " Maintenance ". RANDOMLY enter our home when they feel its convienient. only a few minor repairs have been made and even at that its taken 3 months. Management have additudes like no other and nothing but excuses when it comes to taking any responsibility and liabilities for the poor condition of our rental . Ive been treated horribly no matter how nice I am to them. Ive only been here for a few months with my young daughter and my own father. Im so upset. Its litteraly a verbal fight and the management laughs in our faces. They dont care about our family or anyone elses. Im soooo done here. Y'all RUN! Do not even enter keep looking this is the WORST place ive ever lived. Ive never experianced such horrible treatment from a rental and the wonder why we wont buy. Yet we have no incentive to buy when they cant even make simple repairs on a rental! . They do have favorites so if you speak spanish thier way youll have a better time. We moved here to be close to my sister. I can only imagine what safety issues other houses have . Litterally hazardous. Y'ALL RUN, AND DONT LOOK BACK. Wheres corporate when you need them. Ive asked for thier number on many occasions but i am told that they dont speak to reaidence like us .... so theyer YOU have it.  Im typeing pretty fast so  apologize for any typo contact me and I will clairify. ps this is just the tip of the Iceberg.... The List goes on & on & on . No end in sight

I like the setup, lots of new trailers.  But not being able to at least park on one side of the street i s a big down side

I am a new resident here at Mountain Gate and I couldn't be happier with the process of becoming a resident here. I am also extremely happy with how I was treated while applying and how Mari in leasing gave my wife and I such awesome service while trying to get us approved to move in. The communication between her and I was constant and I was always up to date with the process. She was able to accommodate my sudden move in date and came in on a Saturday to sign our lease with us. Overall, I would recommend Mountain Gate highly as a community and the staff here is amazing as well. 

Additionally, Monica and Mari have been very quick in taking care of any concerns and work orders that came up with the new manufactured home that we are renting, and maintenance literally showed up with in minutes after I called several times. 

Absolutely awesome service here and I couldn't be happier with our new home.

My neighbors always play loud music every single day they never pick up there beer cans, bottles and soda cans. It seem like they let off the people that speak Espanol.
