I had the pleasure of having Brian as my physica therapist. I don’t even know how to put this man into words. Friendly, compassionate, empathetic, positive,  funny, professional and much more! I have had such a rough, bumpy road with my knee. He worked with me from May-September. When ever I felt discouraged, he was there to boost me up. He makes you believe in yourself and to push through the storm. Because of him, I am walking better than I did before, I have the strength i didn’t have before. I also gained confidence in myself. I will also say I gained a new friend! The whole staff makes you feel at home too! I would without a doubt suggest Brian as a PT. You won’t be disappointed!  I will never even think about looking into a new therapist if he is around!! He seriously helped change my life! I can run around and play with my kids now vs not even being able to put much weight on my knee.
Thank you, Brian for putting up with me! 😁 I can’t thank you enough for all of your help!

Mountain Land in Kaysville did a phenomenal job helping me rehab after knee replacement surgery. Mitch Story especially did an awesome job working with me. He and the rest of the staff were very kind, professional and very skilled at what they do. They show that they really care about their patients. I also was very impressed with the front desk staff when on one occasion I overheard another patient who was obnoxious berate them and treat them rudely. The supervisor at the front desk had every right to treat that patient with anger or irritation, but instead she treated him with unbelievable kindness. I've also found Mountain Land's fees are very fair. I will definitely go back for any future physical therapy needs. Mitch also did an awesome job of helping my wife deal with a hip bursitis problem.

Sarah and her team treated me very professionally and gave me a routine to strengthen my legs and improve my balance. I'm better off than when I started and I'm grateful for that.

My most recent experience with Mountain Land was for a Hamstring pull and my treatment was absolutely great.     Brian is excellent at explaining what needs to be done and how to treat my injury.    I have had several opportunities to have Physical Therapy, shoulder surgery, foot surgery, knee replacement and recently Hamstring.   Every time I have been very please with Jeremy Stoker and Brian Pennock's  care.   They are both super at their job and great to work with.      Hope I do not need more PT but if I do it will be with Mountain Land..

My experience with Mountainland in Kaysville was excellent.  They helped me regain strength and mobility after a lis franc injury.  The exercises given to me to do at home between appointments were integral in the healing process.  I can't say it wasn't painful, but I felt continued improvement.  I would highly recommend Mountainland for rehab to anyone.
