Great selection on quality Olive oil and vinegar. Used a Groupon and got a free tasting class. Good info. They usually have specific class times either Tuesday or Wednesday, once or twice a month. This store is in the gateway mall in downtown Sox. Great location.

You can taste BEFORE you buy. No surprises when you get home. Excellent prices. Don't miss out on the gourmet salts! My favorite is the ghost pepper salt. Not for the weak palette. But incredible in salsa!! I love this place! Everything you wanted to know about olive oil, balsamic vinegar and gourmet salts, at a reasonable price.

I discovered this gem at the Salt Lake Farmers Market. The 18 year old balsamic is amazing. My wife and I went into the store to get our bottles refilled and we were introduced to dozens of balsamic vinegars and olive oils all of which were available for sampling. It was a real treat. This is a great place to expand your epicurean horizons...there are flavors you won't find anywhere else.

Awesome & unique selection, reasonable pricing! 18 year aged balsamic is AMAZING. Great chance to try a new vinegar or oil you'd otherwise never try.
