Some time ago after discharge from El Camino Hospital,  3 officers approached as I was waiting for the bus.  Just concerned for my safety.  One lady, Czech was especially cordial.  Rewarded her with some books on her country.  
     On another occasion at night a sergeant also wore the badge of honor calling the paramedics.

We were stuck in a remote location and an officer assisted us in getting in touch with aaa because our phone batteries had died while waiting for AAA to answer. He was courteous and respectful. Good job. Thanks for your service David.

Got a parking ticket due to poor signage (technically the curb had some old yellow paint on it) the day before they repainted the curbs and fixed the signage.  I have 2 years worth of parking passes hanging in the window.  A ticket

My car was broken into last night as well as the car next to mine near the Computer History Museum.  The department quickly responded and was able to return some of our belongings which had been dumped in Palo Alto.  The officers responded very quickly and were extremely helpful.

The police department personell are super helpful, friendly and informative. The ladies in the front office lobby are so nice and the officer who came out and took my report put my mind at ease and was an awesome communicator. Thank you all for your service to our community!
