We enjoyed our stay in Mountaintop Condos. The location was perfect, there is entrance directly to the slopes and lift. There are blue and green trails. You can see picture made from our window. The complex and room itself are well maintained, there is room service to replace your towels. Gated parking is also very useful. 

Tip: If you plan to cook, as we did, I highly recommend you to buy food on the way up. The grocery store in the village is small, has limited selection and prices are steep.

The responsiveness of the owner deserves five stars as well as how easy it is to ski from Mountaintop. The place was also quiet when we were trying to sleep. Thus, I would definitely consider staying at this place again.

The only issue keeping this from being five stars is that we weren't allowed to park in the parking lot until after the unit had been cleaned despite there being plenty of places to park. This turned out to be sometime after we had arrived around 2:00 . We also had to leave the parking lot by 11 am the day that we checked out. This took away from ski time although we were able to easily find another parking place outside the lot.

Love the location!!!  The condo was very clean and bigger then i expected.  Had no issues during our stay, check in or check out.  Never have been to Snowshoe before but i just fell in love with it. Can't wait to come back next month!  I am not staying in the same unit but i am staying in another condo in the same place.

Alison and Chris,

We rented ML230 from January 1-5.  Room was comfortable and well equipped.  A few minor issues....
The bathtub/shower drain is clogged.  While taking shower, you are standing in inches of water.  Kitchen is well equipped, but was missing dishwashing liquid.  A small $1 bottle of Dawn would be great.
Biggest issue was heat.  The wall heaters simply couldn't keep up with the 0 (and below zero) temps at night.  Thermostat on 68, but one morning the temp inside the main living room was 48!!  I had to turn on all stove burners and oven to heat the room (which is not really safe).  You may want to keep a temporary electric heater in closet, with a sign posted at main thermostat stating its in the closet.

We enjoyed the opportunity to get away and have some needed family time with our kids. Your condo is very nice, cozy and well situated on the mountain with a lovely view out the window/door. We had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be to add an additional mirror in the hallway, bedroom or main living area to help expedite getting ready faster.
