After a very frustrating morning with UHAL (not having the trailer i ordered at the location I requested), I was sent to Move It Self Storage where Rose assisted me. She had plenty of equipment in, was very kind, helped me put the trailer on the back of my car and overall, really turned my day around. The facility was clean and organized. I will definitely call them first the next time I need help moving!

Even this morning when I called the store about a question. the manager Damon not only guided me over the phone but sent me a direct link via email.

Great service here, I really appreciate it. THANK YOU

I really like this place.  I went in to rent a U-Haul car dolly to transport a car and even though they didn't have exactly what I needed on the property the manager helped me to find it at a nearby location and talked directly with someone at U-Haul to make sure I could get it when and where I needed it.  He even showed me a video online that explained exactly how to use the car dolly which ended up being very helpful.

We have 2 units here. John, the property manager is GREAT!! He's very easy to work with and quick to correct any issues we've had. The property is clean, secure and safe (Kemah police department backs up to it!)!! I also got a great move in offer and after 1 year, my rate only raised $10 one time, still leaving me with an unheard of price deal per unit!! We're very happy with our choice to move in to Move-it in Kemah!!

Damon is a wonderful service provider. He helps with getting trailers ready and hooking them up. Also gives you pointers for problems when traveling. Great service, clean trucks, no waiting, and all done with a big smile.

My family and I are moving and we went to move it storage and loved it! It was clean and nice big units. Damon helped us so much and even took us back a few times to look at ones he had shown us earlier. I felt welcomed and not pressured into anything! Thanks Damon!!
