I've never felt the need to express my disapointment of a stores customer service via social media before. But, after my experiance this morning with this stores manager, I believe it is only right to make sure the rest of the world knows how poorly this store is run. This store poorly handled my photo order and when I complained about the mishandlings the manager didn't bother to apologize but instead made excuses for her staff. Apparently she didnt feel like dealing with any upset customers this morning so she asked me to leave. I hadnt raised my voice or used vulger language, I spoke sternly and made my disapointment known. The situaltion could have and should have been easily disfused but instead this manager took advantage of her position and made it very clear that this store has no intention of properly handling orders. I recommend you take your business ANYWHERE else. Personally, I'd rather go to a walmart in the ghetto. Later I sent my mother back to the store, to pick up my order as I did not have time to send it elsewhere. The manager then lied to my mother about what had happened in the store earlier and proceeded to slander me. She told my mother I had "started dropping f-bombs." First of all this is untrue, it is slander, and I look foreward to a full investigation from walgreen's corporate.
