Never use this company.

My mother-in-law shipped antique furniture from California to Virginia with them, and they did not communicate with us for nearly 3 months. The delivery showed up without notification while I was at work and I was not able to leave to accept the delivery. When I arrived home, the movers came nearly an hour later and demanded I use my vehicle to shuttle items into my house (a service that had been paid for). The movers only brought 3 items (out of 18) into my home, did not place them where they were asked, and did not unpack anything or reassemble anything (again, a service that had been paid for). Not only did they do damage to the items they shipped, they damaged my home in the process of moving items as well.

What's worse, they have been completely unresponsive to any communication I have tried to initiate. It has been 11 days and I am still waiting for a phone call or email to respond to the property damange.

Never use this company. Ever.
