Great selection of equipment to choose from and great customer service. 

Even a small order like c-stands and silks, and I was still treated like a big-order customer. 

A larger sign outside the building for first-hand customers would be nice, but once you know where it is, it's like you're part of a club.

Good and knowledgeable people. It's not L.A.or New York so if you need gear just be sure to give a little lead time in case they don't have it in house, (which is the case for every camera house in the Denver are). But otherwise great!
