This is nothing like any of the franchise gyms. They have boxing, kickboxing, tai kwon do,  jiu jitsu, weight training, and sports performance classes just to name a few.  There is a  comradery amongst all the members.  No one is treated like an outsider and everyone encourages each other.

I'm a gym member and martial arts student here. Awesome place to workout and get better physically fit.
