We really like the level of communication. That is very important to us. Getting an email the day before the appointment informing us of the expected 2 hr. arrival window and then a call from the technician when they are en route is fantastic. The technician, Kurt, is professional, courteous, and instills confidence. The one year warranty is the icing on the cake.

We had a great experience with Mr. Appliance. It was quick to set up an appointment. They gave a 2 hour window so I wasn't waiting around all day. The repairman was very knowledgeable and once the part came in they were here the next day to fix my refrigerator. I would highly recommend them.

Mr. Appliance did a great job with everything from communication to executing the repairs on my dishwasher. The only thing I wish was different is the timing for notifying customers of when they will arrive to do the repairs. I received an email after 6p.m. the night before my repair was supposed to be scheduled, to let me know when they would be there. Since there is a window of time provided, and not a specific time, this makes it difficult to plan ahead, especially since the notification is sent out "last minute". It would be nice to have 24 hours notice, in order to plan my own schedule around the repairs. Other than that, everything was great!!

Check the fine print. I got charged $95 for diagnostic fee. They did not repair anything. The price quoted was high in my opinion.

They came out last week to fix our refrigerator. I was sure it was dying. The whole process from start to finish was very smooth and pain free. The gentleman was very professional and timely. He called 30 minutes before his arrival. He fixed our fridge for $130.00 and we were so pleased! Will definitely use them again.
