I went here to have my wedding dress cleaned and preserved in a box. When they emailed me that it was ready, I went to go pick it up only to find that my dress was just hanging in a bag. I told the young man working that I think it was supposed to be in a box, and he said I'd have to bring it back to get it preserved for an extra $55. I returned with my dress the next day, and sure enough I was right--I had already paid for the preservation/boxing service! So, then I had to go back another time to go pick up my dress once they finally boxed it up (this place is a half-hour drive from my house). I also received a $25 coupon from the cleaners in the mail, so I brought it with me when I went to go pick up my dress the second time. The manager refused to let me use it and didn't give me a $25 refund, even though they inconvenienced me. I will not be going back to this place and I won't be recommending them to anyone.

I have been a client for years but at different locations. When we lived in Raleigh we used your pickup and deliver service. We now live in Cary and we use your Cary location. Excellent service.

I'm very satisfied with my experience. I drove up to the drive-in window to drop off a skirt. The service was quick and efficient. The tiny spots on the front of the skirt are gone.

Easy intake process for new customer. When I picked up clothes, the clerk quickly added me as a loyalty customer and updated with my first order's points. She explained the loyalty program. I felt like a valued customer. I will return and use these services again.

Reliable. Work is done well and on time. I like the email reminders telling me price and when to pick up. Gayle takes time to get to know her customers. My dogs always appreciate the biscuit Gayle or a staff member gives them when we drop-off or pick-up items.
