Location is very good, we love the pavilion.  The beer selection has been among the best in town whenever I have been there, but not the friendliest place to go.  It seems to me that if you are going to offer a wide variety you should expect requests for tasting.  The last time I was in my wife and I asked for a sample, we were given a sample and ordered two pints.  I  asked for another sample and was told that they would not give it to me.  Seemed odd to me, as I had already purchased based on another taste.  Quite frankly it is the only pub I have been to in Sarasota that has even given such and request a second thought.  Low on my list of places to return to.

Friendly staff. Artie is especially knowledgeable! AWESOME craft beer selection. If you don't know what you want...tell them what you like. Low key atmosphere with two pool tables and plenty of room at the bar. Dog friendly.

Great beer selection, but rude, surly bartenders and the owner is the cause.  This will be another of the many establishments that Sarasota does not tolerate.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff and laid back customers in a low-stress, low noise, craft beer only bar. But skip the flights, they're super pricey ($14).

Amazing craft bar with an extremely knowledgeable beertender who's always keeping the atmosphere upbeat and interesting definetly a go to spot for locals and must visit for tourist!
