Now under new management and noticed an improvement in service. Was much more pleasant service. Only reason I can't give five stars is there is always small things missed. However, when you point it out the staff happily fix it so really not a big deal. Excited to see continued positive changes the new management brings.

I like it here they do a pretty job on your car and the staff has always been friendly.  They have a GREAT selection of different air fresheners you can buy and the prices are very reasonable

Taken 3 cars here for several years. Loved the location and service.  Went there today and had the worst experience ever after at least 5+ years.  I paid $39.00 for signature service plus $5.00 to have them wipe down the interior with armor all. They rushed through everything and was done in 5 minutes. When I walked to the car I had to ask them to wipe down the car so that it actually looked clean. After I gave the guy a $5.00 tip and got in the car I had to drive back thru because they never touched the car with armor all. I spoke with the manager and he seemed accommodating. He said they were under new management. As I got onto the street there was an odor so strong that I had to stop by Walgreens to get a $4.00 car deodorizer. The smell was a combo of body odor and something else I've never smelled before. Hoping the smell will be gone in the morning. I might give them another chance to redeem themselves. If so will kindly do another review.

Normally very good service but today with no one in front of oil change took 1/2 an hour. When I ask IF there was a problem the manager immediately told me his people were not stupid and took on a lot of attitude. Not needed or wanted. Lighten up and do your job.

Staff is always friendly and they do a pretty good job. Never had an issue before and I've been here quite a few times. It's a very convenient location for me and I'll definitly be back.
