$16 for an exterior only tunnel wash! They said it Included “ tire shine” and when I saw they didn’t do the tire shine asked them about it and they said it was done on the tunnel. Rip off. Not making that mistake again.

Service was fast and friendly.  I typically go to the Douglasville location, so was a bit surprised that they didn't have as many service options. No coffee shop on site, and nothing for the kids to keep them entertained while you wait. I expected the Kennesaw location to at least have equal service options.

I paid for hand car wash... Was nice but the windows was not so good, we could see all the marks when the car was fog because of the weather... Hope next time will be better! At least didn't scratch my car because is a brand new one!

Came here for a company car, they were all very nice and friendly they guys came to meet us after it was clean and asked was everything okay with the job they had done. Very please great team made sure we were fully happy

Do not sign up for the unlimited monthly car wash! I made the mistake of doing so and then my wife and I decided that it is not necessary. I was told I can cancel at anytime and all I had to do was call. I called three times this past month and had to leave a message each time because no one will pick up the phone. No return calls even though I requested a return call to confirm cancellation.
