Find someone else. Called for some work to my shed. Project manager came out, I explained the project. She took out her ruler, measured it up. Put flashing around the roof  outside to stop water leaking and shore up the interior sheathing of the roof  that had water damage, with new individual panels  of waterproof plywood sections to go between the joists and from the front sill back to the good wood. She said OK. 2 weeks later the Tech shows up, I ask if he knows what the project is, says no, no one told him. SO, I explain it again. Says ok and he has to go buy the wood. OK, I wait for him to get back, ask if I needs me  to stay, he says no, so I go to work late.  When I come home I find he didn't do what I explained I wanted --TWICE. HE took one long piece , and jammed it up over the joists across width of the shed. Didn't even screw or nail it up! Couldn't have taken more than 3 minutes and didn't even get it all the way forward to the sill where the leaking had causes all the rot he was to be fixing!  ANd I get a bill for 5 hours @ $100 p/hour and even with the outside flashing this didn't take more than 2 hours MAX. I email the Project manager of my disappointment. No reply for 3-4 days.
Then I get an email from the owner saying he should have known better than to take the job because the whole roof should have been ripped off and re-done and this was all MY fault. I replied asking him to come out and see what my problem was. I was told no, he was sending the SAME guy back  who screwed it up in the first place to pick up a check and " see if he can address the problem. Like I need this guy coming back with a chip on his shoulder and attitude. Told them to forget it I'll fix it myself.  So neither the owner NOR the project manager cared to even see what the problems were and basically just blew me off. Bad company, no integrity. BUYER BEWARE!!

I called in a week ago to schedule a service call for some basic work around the house.  The man I spoke to said we would see the tech around Monday at 1 and they would call about a half-hour before he arrived.  I received 2 calls from Mr. Handyman Naples on Monday morning between 10-10:30 where the woman informed me that they do  not make specific appointment times and would come between 11-2, so I'm not sure why I was told I had a 1 p.m. appt. time. Then, they called yet again around 11:05 a.m. saying that the tech would be a no-show (so unprofessional). They re-scheduled for today, Tuesday, between 11-2. I then received 2 urgent voicemails this morning around 8:30 asking if the tech could come early. I said that would fine. Fast forward to 1:30 p.m. and the tech still has not arrived. I call in only to be told he would be delayed another 2 hours. I told the woman to forget about it since we'd already wasted enough time. At this point, we wasted 2 days waiting around on a tech that never showed up- not very professional.

Last week I  had ten screens replaced on my lanai and the cage power washed.  Price was very competitve.  They showed up on time and did a wonderful job!  I would absolutely use them again and highly  recommend them.

Front Door Repair 
We hired Mr. Handyman to repair our front door. From the start the paperwork was not done properly. As we later learned form the Service Manager, the technitian Mike was supposed to give us a written estimate first. He didn't, just verbally told us it would be $200 and we ended up paying $353. The work was not completed, Mike said he will come back to install a new seal and paint parts of the door frame and inside wall damaged during his work. On the day Mike was scheduled to come back, he called and said we have to pay for another service call, his time, and a new seal. When we said that we already paid for all this and he promised to come and finish his job, he said talk to my manager. The Service Manager Allen was unprofessional and plainly rude on the phone. He basically hung up. In the end the door is still not installed properly. We will be disputing visa charge from Mr. Handyman, will report them to BBB and will never use them again.

On time,very professional,answered all and any questions we had and polite also cleaned up at the end of the job. I would and will recommend to friends & family members of the great work that was done at my parents house. Thanks Mr.Handyman and a special thanks to Senior tech Terry, who performed the work.
