I was happy that The Happy Handyman was able to service our leaking toilet on such short notice. However, taking almost 5 hours to do it was a bit much. The serviceman who was pleasant, had to leave to go buy parts....TWICE. Of course you pay for the time he is out shopping. If you are going to a home to repair a toilet, and you know this, wouldn't you have parts for such jobs on your big van?

The cost to hang  light was over $ 300 the travel cost the the fact that the person had to go to Home Depot  to get s part added $100 .i think the person when out to breakfast
