Story

Mr. Happy's offers complimentary pick up & delivery for laundry and dry cleaning in Westchester County. We service both residential and commercial accounts. All wash is cleaned at our state of the art facility in Port Chester.

We use high quality detergents and softeners and treat your clothes as if they were our own.

Whenever I send my laundry out, I choose Mr.Happy. My laundry always comes back smelling great and very clean. Beautifully folded and organized. His prices are affordable for the work that is done. I get my all my laundry done every week or so, and it's always back within a day or 2 max. If you're looking for a laundry service, look no further!

Great prices! perfect for people like myself who cant find time during the day to do laundry. Clothes always smell great and i always get delivered right to my door for free! The owner and delivery guy are super nice and i can always text to ask for a pick up i recommend their services to everyone.

Terrible! NEVER AGAIN! I scheduled a pick up and delivery for a Saturday and never received a phone call or text regarding my clothes being delivered. I called and left several text messages asking the whereabouts for my clothing and not once did the guy respond. It took for my boyfriend to pretend that he was a new customer and fake a pickup for "Mr. Happy" to answer his call. After I got on the phone he then said that he was out of town and didn't know why my clothes were delivered. He also stated that because it was Sunday he could not make the delivery but I had to pick up my clothes all the way in Port Chester. (Mind you, the laundromat is listed in New Rochelle where I live) When I got to Port Chester to retrieve my clothing a woman who did not speak any English was the only one at the counter, we again called Mr Happy but he refused to answer the phone. I had my mother who speaks Spanish tell the woman who I was and told her that I was not paying for the service and she agreed. The following day my card was charged and I received a text saying "thank you for your service". When I told him about my disappointment in the service and asked why wasn't my clothes delivered or calls returned he blew me off with a simple "thank you". The following day I disputed the charge with my bank and I am ready to take him to small claims court if need be! Horrible service!! Never again!

I love how they work, very clean and organized my clothes, very good price, excellent direct attention mind with the owner, a very kind person. I recommend MR HAPPYS LAUNDROMAT.. is best.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Mr Happy's is THE laundromat to go to!! I have been EXTREMELY SATISFIED customer for over 2 years. The place is always clean with top of the art machines. The staff is always smiling and helpful. I take advantage of their PICK UP and DROP IT OFF servive at my convience. Mr Happy is very accomodating to my busy schedule. My clothes always smells fresh, are folded perfectly and with care. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND
