Quick, professional service.  I was very impressed with the way they folded my clothes.  Also,  weeks after .... I was also impressed with the way my clothes smell.  Like as if it just came out.  Highly recommend!!! Great service and reasonable prices!

I’ve been using the pickup service for about at-least 4 years now and it changed my life! My clothes are always clean and smell good and they follow my instructions like not too much fabric softener since I’m sensitive to smells. The pickup guys are always courteous and on time with pickup and drop off.

I'm beyond thrilled with this wash and fold and delivery laundry service. It has made my life so much easier, and I can't imagine returning to the old way of doing laundry. If you're looking for a hassle-free, reliable, and top-quality laundry solution, try them—you won't be disappointed!

Unsatisfactory Service and Damage to Clothing  I recently had a very disappointing experience with LaundryTrain, which compelled me to write this review. I had entrusted them with several items, including clothes from Zara. Not only were these items returned to me severely shrunken and unwearable, but I also noticed a recurring issue with their service - failure to effectively remove stains from various garments.  I approached the manager, Joe, hoping for some resolution or understanding. Unfortunately, his response was far from satisfactory. He suggested that the damage was my fault, showing a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. This interaction was disheartening and added to my frustration.  Due to these experiences - the irreparable damage to my clothing and the inadequate stain removal - I have decided to no longer use LaundryTrain’s services. It’s crucial for a laundry service to care for and properly clean the items they handle. LaundryTrain, in my experience, has failed to meet these basic expectations.  I hope this review serves as constructive feedback and leads to improvements in their service for future customers. As for me, I will be seeking a new laundry service that values its customers and their belongings.

I feel very comfortable going to this laundry, the best attention and nice place.  I always recommend this laundry. If you have the opportunity to visit this laundry, you will not regret it!

Love this place, I’ve been using them since they first opened a couple years ago. Their machines are new, the laundromat is super clean, however I usually use their pick up/drop off service.  It honestly costs about the same as doing the laundry yourself. There have been a few occasions where I ordered pick up and my laundry was done so quickly that I got it back the same day. I highly recommend them!
