Didn't do much shopping because I saw this company and the reviews were excellent, and I hate shopping. Called them out for a quote and Stacey came by. The price sounded really good, so we decided to go with them. I'm glad we did, because our hardwood floors looks awesome. The crew did the job in one day even though Stacey said it might be 3-4 days. Under-promise and over-deliver. The crew was very friendly and they got a good laugh when my wife walked into the house for the first time and saw the new floors. Great job Stacey and great job to Mr Hardwood and crew. Would call again.

Awesome job done at our rental property refinishing the hardwoods!! Katie, salesrep and her crew were very professional and kept me informed along the way. Would use them again!!

We had Mr. Hardwood come out to replace the carpet in our basement and replace the hardwood in our kitchen with tile. They did a fantastic job! The carpet has a pattern to it and it looks perfectly seamless even though there are several seams - I haven't figured out exactly where they are. The crew was amazing - very professional and kind. We had Humberto for the kitchen floor and he did a phenomenal job, even cutting teeny tiny (think 1/4") strips where many other installers probably would have widened the grout along the wall. Very, very pleased and would call them again in a heartbeat.

Very happy with our experience with Mr. Hardwoord. We refinished our hardwoods and installed new ones in a previously carpeted room. They matched the two seamlessly. We also installed wrought iron ballasters and stained the handrails to match the floors. It all came out really nice! We did have a few spots in the kitchen where some chemical had removed the finish. We called Mr. Hardwood and Corey the owner came out to inspect the damage. While not sure if it was something we had done or something from the initial install he warranted the floor. The next week a crew came out and fixed the spots and put another coat of poly on the entire floor. Everything looks great now! Would highly recommended!
