Appliance buyer beware! The appliance buying process was easy and smooth, the employee helping me was professional and courteous but that's where it ended. Home Depot uses Spirit Delivery to deliver and hook-up new appliances. Spirit Delivery is unreliable, rude, and unprofessional. It is surprising that Home Depot would do business with such a poorly run company and that poor customer service is a reflection on Home Depot. I have currently given up 5 1/2 hours waiting for delivery only to have the delivery man show up at 8:30pm. He was rude and unprofessional and did not properly complete the washing machine hook-up. The next day I made several phone calls to Spirit and to Home Depot. The delivery driver was supposed to come back out to complete the hook-up. I have been waiting at home for 12 hours and 15 minutes and still no one from Spirit has called or arrived. If you don't have the time to complete a job correctly the first time, how will you ever find the time to complete the job a second time. Spirit is a reflection of Home Depots lack of customer care and therefore I am leaving a one-star review.

Love this store!! It's always so organized and clean! The staff is so amazing and go out of their way to help you. Wanda the self checkout/front cashier is the best!! She went above and beyond to help me and she was so sweet!! Love love love this store! Everyone is so nice and helpful!!!!

By far, the friendliest Home Depot staff anywhere! Few retailers are so helpful that I get to know employees by name, but this staff is especially friendly that I actually feel like they are family. Judy, Amy & Liz are especially awesome!!!!

Do they answer the phone? I've tried calling this store 5+ times in the last day and not once was my call answered by an associate though I would wait for nearly 10 minutes listening to their antiquated phone system play crackling music. Truly it was as if I was listening to fireworks go off in my ear. Maybe if I could simply to speak to someone they would be helpful, but since I'm unable to speak with a person how am I to know.
