I was very unhappy with the service I received at ASG office Furniture/Mr. Office Furniture

After moving to Florida after a long year battle with breast cancer and to find out out dream house had chinese drywall.  After our home was reconstructed we moved in and received our order that we placed with the above co. We ordered office furniture that was delivered without a bottom cabinet to hold a book shelf.  After several calls and disbelief, the owner/Mgr Mark Rutland refused to take or return our calls.  I spoke with Jennifer, a staff member that told me I could order another bottom piece that was omitted from the original order but need to be $280.00 delivery fee.  I had no problem paying for the item but why should the customer have to pay for the delivery fee that the company forgot to order.  Why would a customer order a 8 piece unit and only order 7 peices.  So now for 7 months i have an uncompleted wall unit.  THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP....POOR SERVICE...I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY..... Lauren Araneo
