Had sewer line replaced in 2016 , spent several thousand dollars with Long Beach Mr.Rooter.Great Job. To make us feel satisfied Mr. Rooter sent us a 50.00 off coupon....next service. No expiration date on coupon or any language about the coupon being not valid or restrictions. Well we a drain clean out today and of course they did not accept the coupon. They had a special price promotion on this particular service making this coupon not valid. Just another gimmick being performed by the companies to the average hard working Joe. They should have some language on these coupons to clarify when their valid.

Called Mr. Rooster with and an immediate problem. They came in less than an hour. The technician was professional and thoroughal.
Very reasonably price. Will call again if need and recommend to others.

Called bright and early Sunday morning and they answered and sent someone out promptly. 
Thank goodness for their help because we had a major water leak. 
Shai showed up within a reasonable time was friendly and courteous. He assessed the situation and got to work. The pipe was fixed and everything back to normal within a couple of hours. Thank you for your service.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing has, for many years, provided excellent service for us.  We have had many plumbing issues through the years, big and small, and they have always been professional and responsive to our needs.  Their technicians and their office staff are always courteous, prompt, and respectful.  We highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing.  It is important to know that we can always count on them.
