If I could give this place a zero I would. Didn't do work according to code so when the city arrived to do additional work they couldn't. Wasted almost 1000 dollars to have someone else come in and do it right. When we called to inquire about it, Nick said "I will talk to my supervisor and call you back". Never called back and now won't return any messages. We've left at least 3 requesting someone call us back. If you want good plumbing, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Quick and courteous response by Nick to my phone call Saturday night. Brandon arrived w/in the hour like he said fixed the drains and made sure everything was OK before leaving.

The plumber who came to my home was very professional...arrived promptly as promised. He was wearing a nice white shirt with logo (impressive). He was quick in diagnosing and fixing the stoppage in my sink. Price was as quoted over the phone. I would definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them.

I recently paid 130 dollars for a simple snake job. Jack came in, got the water to drain, then left. Then 3 weeks later the water started backing up again. I was patient and tried using the plunger hoping it would go away. (Im bald so no - im not clogging the drain with hair or anything unusual) So I eventually gave up and called them back because apparently the snake job was not thorough enough. They told me Jack would call us back on the issues - and guess what. He said we were past the warranty! I was like, really?#$% I just paid 130 dollars for the most common task that a plumber has to do and all you can do is warranty your job for 30 days!! And actually, Jack said "well that wasn't a easy job so it's not like you have a warranty anyways.." How can you run a respectable plumbing business and not back your work by some kind of reasonable warranty. Unbelievable, they made it clear to me that they do not want to be held responsible if their work is not meeting standard expectations. I could have used the other companies and got a 1 year warranty for less money. I checked with Mike Diamond and they said they could have done the job for less with a warranty... OVER PRICED and POOR QUALITY WORK . If you're going to pay the premium, then you want to get premium service, so call the other plumbers. These guys can't even backup the most standard task of snaking a drain.. Isn't snaking a drain plumbing 101?? I'll never use them again!

Hey Mr. Fix It.... you better get all your money back that you spent on your bogus and phoney reviews here on Google....just click the name of the reviewer and see all their bogus reviews that they made for other business like yours that paid them for a reviews too......all on the same day.... all around the world....Okie Dokie like that's even believable. Your credibility just went out the window here in Long Beach as far as plumbers go and I don't think you can fix that!! ( I wanted to give you zero stars but Google would not let me post this unless I clicked a star.....did you pay them too? )
