We discovered quickly that installing a new kitchen sink was not as easy as we thought it would be. With different drains and pipe sizes, we needed some help. It was the weekend and with three boys, we needed our water to start running again and a dishwasher to be working asap! Mr. Rooter (William) came on Sunday and was great! He was efficient and friendly and explained everything he was doing before he did it. We appreciated the complimentary walk through of the rest of the house that he did once he was done. Thanks again!

I called Mr. Rooter to fix a kitchen sink leak/blockage. The quality of work was great, but there were some issues with the whole experience. The first guy who showed up on day 1 was young and he didn't do a good job assessing what needed to be done. He gave me the wrong estimate for the second stage of the job(the real estimate turned out to be more than double). The second technician(Larry) was way more knowledgeable and experienced and he did a great job. Too bad it wasn't him the first time too. Overall the quality of work is great, but the confusion and the wrong estimate was a bit annoying. One last note: what's up with the $20 fuel charge? How else are they going to get to my house? And I had to pay it twice, obviously, because they had to come back to finish the work.

Came home to a burst pipe in the basement. Called Mr. Rooter and they took all of our information and sent a plumber as soon as they could. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and explained everything he did and why he did it. He checked to make sure everything was working correctly before he left and asked if we had any other questions or concerns while he was here. Next time we need a plumber, we will definitely be asking for Jeremy.

We had an unexpected pipe burst, and Mr.Rooter was quick to help. We are so happy with the prompt reply and attention to our request. Sammy arrived on time as promised, provided a quote and quickly diagnosed the matter. He was great at reassuring me that he could fix it immediately. He pointed out the pipe and walked me through the repair. I was very pleased with his work and his great customer service. Sammy also made sure the room was clean and no debris was left behind. I am so pleased and would highly recommend contacting Sammy and Mr.Rooter again and again. Great job, now I can enjoy my weekend!!!!! Thanks !!!

Curtis was amazing, on the initial visit he helped out with a simple 'water hammer' issue and provided three solutions to another issue we were having. He explained them all in detail and booked an appointment a few days later. The job was done quickly and efficiently and the cost never wavered even with some additional work. The whole time he was courteous and professional. Would absolutely recommend them.
