Mr. tequila's has served the public with excellent service and exquisite cuisine for more than 10 years. The naples location is one of the two restaurants located in Florida. We bring the locals unique flavor from the Mexican Culture, as well as, our famous Margaritas.

This is a pretty decent sized Mexican restaurant. We were there on a Wednesday night around 8:30 off season and the place was pretty empty. The food was good - not great, but we have excellent Mexican food back home. The service was good and the margaritas are as big as your head for $15.

The first time we went we had an EXCELLENT waiter. We had an appetizer and margaritas but the food looked great. Two days later we decided to go there for dinner... The waitress was horrid. Glasses sat empty because once out did was served she disappeared. We had to ask someone else for our check (she combined the check for what was obviously two couples). When she FINALLY came back to get our money we asked her to split it so we had to sit there and wait AGAIN (with empty glasses). The service was so poor that it overshadowed the meal which was good. They weren't busy so I don't know what the issue was... I would say if you have plenty of time give it a chance.

Loads of excellent authentic food. Prices are great for the average working class here in Naples. This is my second visit and absolutely love it. Thank you Ivonne, for your suggestion.

For the service and the racism I faced I have to give a harsh review. 1st off, I am from Mexico and was discriminated from my own people. Just because I look like a Mayan Indian does not mean I do not have an education nor any cash. It took a while for our waters to be served and we had to ask for it after 10 minutes of being seated. Caucasians came in and the employees did not hesitate to accommodate them immediately and bring them waters. Their food was even brought to them before ours. I have faced discrimination before but this was personal since I am from Mexico and the employees are from there as well. My bill was $35.76. Gave them $36 and ask for my change. They took $35 only and that was very nice of them. That is the only good thing that came out of our meal. Will not go there again. Food was a 1 star since I was upset and could not taste my meal anymore. Worst place in Naples. I took my wife and kids because it was recommended. Totally embarrassing for my kids as they had to face discrimination from my Mexican people.

Very good food at a terrific price. Server was friendly and attentive even with several large groups. We will return and have recommended already.
