I love u guys! I’ve always been happy with your Service and the things I’ve bought! Good quality at a low price! The people that work at NFM and Mrs B’s are always kind helpful and pay attention to what we want and help us find just the right thing and that makes us happy! It’s the first time that my mom and dad have been at Mrs B’s and they both had a smile on their face when we left! Thank u for everything!

I was pretty bummed this table my mom had looked at was on sale last Saturday for a great price, but they couldn't put it on hold for me unless we put it on a different card (I live out of town). When I personally came back 5 days later, the sale had already ended and they weren't able to match that same sale price. It was hard to work with some of the reps, but Josh was thankfully easy to work with. Because he was easy to work with, I decided to go ahead with getting the table at a higher price (which I stillstill agree with). If they could've put this table on hold 5 days earlier, i would've saved more money. Kind of disappointing to be honest they weren't ultimately that easy to work with. Hopefully i love this table though.

I was so pleased with my trip to Mrs. B.'s this afternoon. I found exactly what I was looking for at a price I am happy with. Michael, the associate who helped me, was excellent... helpful, low pressure, tuned in. He understood where I was coming from, and what I wanted. The cashiers, Shawana and another whose name I missed, were knowledgeable and kind, and explained everything to this non-mathematical old lady! Good selection, great prices, excellent staff. Five stars.

We spent the better part of our day pouring over sofas, tables, desks, etc., as we are currently looking to replace all of these things this year. The staff at Mrs. B’s was absolutely amazing in working with us as we searched today for the perfect sofa. Carlos & Jason were so patient even when our two year old was frustrated & screaming at us. They worked hard to answer our questions & put up with our pickiness as we nit picked every single thing until we found the perfect fit for our family. If you’re in need of furniture that comes with great customer service & a wonderful buying experience we highly recommend Mrs. B’s. We will definitely be back!

Traci F was an excellent sales person. She listened to what I needed and found a perfect couch for me. As a short person couches a re tough to find that fit your shorter legs and she found it in a great color. 5 stars plus!
