I bought a refrigerator and stove from Daniel E. I bought flooring from Brad U. I started with the Mart in 1972 with Mrs B. It was a great experience then and I am happy to say the tradition continues. These people are professional and polite. Your installers were just as good.They came early not late and we're also pros. Did everything they were supposed to quickly and correctly. Thanks for meeting all of my expectations and more. Greg Rhodes

Absolutely Fantastic. After reading Consumer Reports reviews of all the microwave ovens I was quickly able to inspect them all side by side at Nebraska Furniture Mart. Sales persons were available to show me features and answer all my questions. I was able to immediately purchase the best microwave for my needs. And because I had a gift certificate given to me by Nebraska Furniture Mart from a previous purchase the microwave only cost me half price. I have been a customer of Nebraska Furniture Mart since 1985 and will continue !!!

Kurt Park is very knowledgeable and made my experience with the Nebraska Furniture Mart one of a kind. He was able to answer every question I had and made me feel comfortable purchasing a very high priced item. In my opinion he is one of the best people there to work with and he made everything quick and painless. I would highly recommend talking to Kurt if you need help he is so wonderful also I must say he is very open and honest.

Deb in appliances was amazing! This was a large purchase for me($1300). It took me some time and a lot of questions. She did not pressure me but was very knowledgeable. I took some time walked around and came back even. She made sure I knew how to run the new washer and dryer and made me feel very confident in my purchase. Highly recommended her! Great selection in many price points. If anything negative in my experience it would be that not all the other staff were as friendly. I noticed they seemed more eager to help on larger ticket items.

Huge selection in every department. The salespeople acknowledge you and ask if you want assistance, but they generally don't push. That allowed us plenty of time to narrow down our options. Once we requested help to finalize our choices, the salesperson who assisted us was very patient and helpful. The prices appeared to be reasonable for a mid-range furniture store, with variability in prices for each kind of item we looked at.
