This bed and breakfast was amazing from the accommodating service to the superb food. My fiance and I were getting married near by and we wanted a cozy bed an breakfast to go to. Mrs. B was fine with us coming in late and was ready and waiting for us. She even explained her breakfast menu and allowed us to choose the time of breakfast. Everything in the room was clean, tidy, and well decorated. The queen size bed was a plus. Beyond the services the conversation and company of Mrs. B was invaluable. Such stories and wisdom were welcome over a lovely and satisfying breakfast.

Warm hospitality all around. Donna and Jim are gracious hosts. Home cooked breakfast each morning from Donna a chef for many years makes me look forward to waking up! You can be sure to meet great guests when you stay as well. We will be back- thank you!

" Mom and Dad, I'm home!" That is the warmth you will get from the inn keepers at this charming B&B! I promise to return! There were hugs, conversation and a happy dog to make me feel right at home. The price is unbeatable and the cozy, cottage feel- lovely! My daughter is a new student at URI and this will be my home away from home. Thank-you for making me comfortable and welcome!

Staying at Mrs. B's was such a delight. One could not feel more welcome, nor could you bestow your business on a more grateful hostess. We are looking forward to returning. Mrs. B has our business every time we tour Rhode Island. Sally and Lester Knopp, Indianapolis
