I booked a room with two beds. I got a room with one bed. I showed the clerk my reservation for two beds. He said he didn't have two beds, acted indifferent, didn't offer a cot...or to change our room when others left. We were there for three days. No clean towels no coffee maker or coffee anywhere. Carpet had cigarette burns. No dish soap to wash dishes...a real dive with a very indifferent staff.

Well, room looked ok, aged but spacious, ac did not eork to well, bathroom was very dirty, tile grout looked like it has not been touched in years. The worst part though was I ended up having bumps start appearing on my arms and chest....BEDBUGS! Now I get to live with this for up to 2 weeks! This is not fun... room 103.... be very cautious!

Called on Tuesday to reserve 2 rooms we get there and he says I don't see anything they took my credit card info address everything!!! And then says we'll I have 2 rooms but there more expensive than what they quoted on the phone!!!!!!! No way drive down the road a little more cleaner motel and less expensive and he best not charge my card or I will loose it worst hotel ever!!!!!!

Location is great - right up the road from Historic Wickford, and less than a half hour from Newport if traffic is flowing. Rooms are pretty terrible, though - we had holes in the walls and floor, and our peephole couldn't even hold together. Go to this place cos it's super cheap, not because you want maximum comfort.
