I only take the time to write a review for two reasons...reason number one is for extremely poor customer service and the other is for outstanding customer service.  As you can see from the 5 stars that this flower shop has it going on.  I placed an order over the phone on Nov. 8th with "Emily" and she was nothing but GREAT!  I explained what I needed and she made some really good suggestions.  Needless to say our very dear friend that received the flowers and balloons was very pleased.  I highly recommend Mrs. DeHaven's Flower Shop if you are placing your order from out of town as they exceeded my expectations!

I am not from Tulsa, but was recently in need of a flower delivery near the downtown area.  I spoke with a young man named Chris, who was very patient and respectful with my detailed wishes.  He even went out of his way, literally, to provide me with EXACTLY what I needed.  Thank you!  Success all the way around:)

As a First time buyer, i been searching online for a good flower shop and decided to go Dehaven's. I do not feel like what i got payed for, thought i was okay with it but honestly that missing plant what made it unique. I don't understand and not even bother to tell me they didn't have any the plants was suppose to be on it and i just had to noticed myself. thinking me spending $135 i would expect to get everything i payed for. I just know next time don't pay upfront till you pick them up, I don't deserve this at all.... of course she'll like the flowers but i honestly hate it :( Please don't do this to me again next time i want everything that's on the picture ill eventually order this plant again, since the plant was a failure.

I was in desperate need of flowers, but I was downtown at 3pm...I called Mrs. DeHaven's even though they closed at 3pm, and they were amazing.  The lady that answered the phone found and stopped one of the floral designers before she left for the day, and they both stayed late making a corsage for me.  We were away from our car, so we walked there in a hurry from the Mayo hotel (we are locals, but were downtown for Wild Brew).  They were so kind and accommodating while we waited, they even let me see and "approve" what they made before they finished wrapping it up.  I was having trouble with the Uber app and wasn't sure how we would get all the way back to the Cox business center on foot, but they came through for us again!  The lady that helped me on the phone gave us a ride to the convention center and even told us some fun behind the scene stories on the way.  Use this flower shop, you will not be disappointed!
