I ordered 6 roses from Wild Orchid flowers in Tulsa and they added a few Daisy's which this cost me $70 Dollars.

 I called them to let them know that I felt this was over priced. Roses were $5 dollars each so at first I said add fresh cut flowers to 6 roses for $60 dollars. She said that $75 dollars would make a big arrangement. I paid $70 and got a small arrangement I could have gotten any where for 45 dollars. I called and they seem to be desperate for money which I did not ask for  refund just wanted them to make sure they do a better job. The lady asked me to go to the person I sent to take a picture. I was like if you don't have a record of what you done then I am embarrassed to go to someone I sent flowers to and ask for a picture.  I would suggest anyone use another florist around rather than this one and if you do make sure you look  at it before picking it up.

Sells stolen merchandice. They purchased an order of candle warmers from my company, signed for the package (Shirley Ludwig) then did a chargeback with their credit card company and got their funds back AND kept our product. Filing a police report, per our credit card processor since we have a signature and shipped to the billing address on their CC. They are selling stolen products to moms for mothers day. Nice.....

Update: They finally admitted their mistake and claimed they would reverse the chargeback. To date, this has not happened.
