I am not sure who to blame. The Dr or facility. Here is my story. In my last annual physical, Dr asked different questions/my concerns. I asked what vitamins I can start to remain healthy, and he suggested couple of over the counter vitamins. As per my Insurance, there is NO copay for physical but after couple of weeks, I received a $20.00 copay bill. I called the clinic, attendant replied that Dr has addressed your concerns. I asked what concerns? She replied your health concerns and he prescribe vitamins. I was (and still) very upset. She said that its our policy. Then same situation happened with my wife. I am not sure that its a clinic or auto repair store? Can someone help? Thanks

My doctor is so nice. They run behind a lot but most of the staff is friendly. I wish it was a little more modern inside and that the waiting room perhaps smelled better, but they have always given good care here.

They called me for an appointment for the day after. Turned out it was for the following day. A morning (fasting) completely wasted.

They do what they want even when it's not ok with the patient. If you have ANY kind of pain, go elsewhere. They treat everyone in pain like 20 yr old pill poppers.
