I have been going here for over nine years to Internal Medicine. My physician is an outstanding doctor and is always attentive to my overall health and well-being. This is a teaching university. Yes you will get students doing their residency becoming doctors. Thus a teaching college. My appointments have  always been timely. They have always given me all the time I need, staying up to date with all vaccinations and prescriptions. They have always worked with my insurance company, making sure  of coverage for procedures to keep my out of pocket expenses to a minimum. I also use the Clinical Pharmacy there. Again nothing but professionals. Always attentive, making sure you're getting the right drug and dosage. They offer counseling if there is something you don't understand. And I have found their prices are a lot of times cheaper than elsewhere. I am a proud Spartan fan and am real glad to have this fine university and all its knowledge to help with my health. #SPARTANSWILL

If this was the last clinic on Earth I would choose death! I will not waste my time elaborating just read the previous reviews. Folks giving four and five star reviews are employed bye internal medicine and some of fashion.

Terrible experience with the MSU Med Clinic. Based on my personal experience, doctors are so-so, just good enough to renew  you prescriptions. MSU management system needs to be completely redesigned, current office staff shall be  let go and new hiring process and training put in place. I left to privet office, witch is, thanks to MSU, is hard to find. That was  a good move,  I am very happy with my decision.
Worst med services in my comparison to four other states and places I have lived in.

I don't think the reviews here are fair. Yes, it is true that patients will typically interface with a doctor in training. (A resident, I guess?) However, the residents are very well trained and intelligent. The resident typically will confer with the patient and then bring in the veteran doctor that is training them to decide on a plan of action. The veteran doctors are some of the most insightful, experienced ones I have seen. I personally think it is cool to be a part of that training process. One of the reasons living in a college town is so awesome.

I've never seen a more rundown clinic or encountered a less professional, poorly trained medical staff.
