I have been riding with mobility for years.I really appreciate this system cause without it I have no transportation to dr apts or Grocery shopping or anything else. The ride only costs 2 dollars each way. I don't understand all of these complaints. Be grateful or stand on the bus stop in the cold

i have been trying for a month to get someone to tell me why i no longer get courtesy reminder call the night before, and vehicle has arrived the day of. keep getting the run around terrible service.not door to door, the women are fat and lazy, and all the drivers do is talk about how much they hate the job, and they all claim to be going to school for cdl, but yr later, they are still at mobility, the new buses are ridiculous seats are childlike, while obesity is a around the country and in baltimore. must be run by black people.  was at doc office downtown baltimore, called the late line before my pu time to make sure they came to right side of building. driver lied said he came , and i was made no show. lazy suckers, espec the fat cow women. they don't do door to door then lie and say they do used to call u if dr couldn't find u don't do that anymore either. horrible service, and u can never get a response fr management. i will just start reusing county ride much better service for little bit more money

I actually take mobility. They are SO unreliable always making me late for my job plus the drivers are rude as anyone can be also lazy. The worst part about them besides that is the fact that they claim they are at your pickup and they r not and you get penalized for it when it's not your fault. Also all the vehicles are pretty uncomfortable especially the buses and the Van.

I complained about a driver being disrespectful, down right nasty, and tailgating. The followup call fr mobility said, "driver doesn't remember the incident, and the camera showed no evidence of tailgating." Covering their own butts. She was tailgating so much that other drivers were pulling over and looking at her like she was crazy. My second complaint is the cust service operators, one speaks so fast that as soon as i hear his voice i hang up, other's have such thick accents that u can't even understand what they are saying. I hang up on them too. Why hire people who can't communicate well? 
Those new buses, who the heck commissioned them. The seats are so tiny, I am a small person, and the seat are childlike.  The overhang on the front door is so low that i have hit my head numerous times. They have us at a disadvantage, cuz we have no other options

I would like to say this is one of the city's worst service.1010 supervisor are never on hand and one lady was just so disrespectfull when my patient call to set up transportation needs it's sad when the sick and elderly have to depend on 1010 dispatch the lady need to leave public service
