Was a little apprehensive..reading the the reviews.. my experience at this station was good.  Left here on Saturday 1110 departure.  Bus left at 1125 not bad.  The food here is really good. The breafast platter is not bad at all.  I agree with another review stating the intercom system needs to be fixed. Cannot understand what they are saying.  So far so good. Would travel from this station again.

They need to have more TVs detailing departure and arrivals.  That are only 2 TVs near the ticket area with that information.  You have to get up to go review the information.  And the announcer didn't speak clearly.

Got to my destination.There is no internet. Customer Service is not five stars. The eating area is nice. They could use some additional help in the eating area. Seating area is clean and spacious. Never had a problem with a bus driver.

Boarding time delayed with 30 minutes. Departure time delayed with 25 minutes. You can expect that arrival time was also not on schedule. Priority boarding not honored (we paid for it). The bus was dirty and the driver was not able to control the air conditioner so he had to turn heat on and off occasionally to control temperature. Worst company ever!

You need to make your restaurant clean and tidy as wells as customers service too and others too 
Not the fries no salt nothing you have to do a lot changes
